Petals On Parade offer same day delivery in the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan area given orders are placed prior to the cut off time. After this cut off time, we try our best to deliver on your requested date. However, your order may be moved to the following delivery day.

Please note additional fees may occur for Hospitals and timed deliveries.

We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

If no delivery date is specified when the order is placed and our team have not been contacted to advise a date your order will be sent out on the next available delivery day.

If the recipient is not home to receive your gift, then the courier will use their own discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by. If there are restrictions in doing so, (e.g. an electric gate, or an animal in the yard) the order will then be returned to us.

On the occasion where we are unable to successfully deliver your order Petals On Parade has the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

Reasons may include:

- Incorrect delivery address or details

- Recipient not home and there is no safe place to leave the delivery

- Business is closed

- Business will not accept the flowers (eg. hospitals / retirement villages)


We guarantee that orders made through Petals on Parade will always reflect the quality and artistic design we are known for. However on occasion, we may need to substitute in a different colour or variety if factors out of our control arise.

In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value. We will also always keep within the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.


Our talented florists do their best to provide beautiful blooms to the highest quality. Fresh flowers can be temperamental and on the rare occasion you may feel unsatisfied with your blooms.

If this is the case, we require a photo of the product sent to our email address within 48 hours of the order being delivered. Alternatively, contact us on 8265 0991 if the matter is urgent.

We will pass all relevant information on to our suppliers and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
